Summary:
Coordinate program development with customer specific submission data, supplier sourcing, process capability, and customer (both internal and external) satisfaction support. Assure development, implementation, and maintenance of the Quality Management System meets customer and industry requirements.

Essential Job Function:
Lead, coordinate and prepare customer specific submission documentation and packages for current and new program launches.
Be the customer representative ensuring that customer requirements are addressed.
Provide quality support to both internal and external customers.
Coordinate return material requests (both external customer and supplier source) and initiate corrective action response, as required.
Perform failure analysis on internal and external non-conforming material.
Assure measurement MSA studies conform with customer specific requirements.
Assist in developing, implementation, and maintenance of the Quality Management System, recommending continual improvement as needed.
Perform dimensional inspection using test and measurement devices / equipment to validate conformance to internal and external customer requirements.
Assist the Quality Manager as needed.
Perform other essential duties as assigned.
The maintenance of the Customer Action System/Corrective Action system serving as the Quick Response Concerns Management Facilitator to resolve internal and external quality issues. Lead QRCM teams in non reversible corrective actions.
Serving as an Internal Lead Auditor for QS 9000 Quality System by maintaining the Internal Audit Schedule, coordinating Internal QS-9000 Audits, participating in the Internal Audits.
Work on Advanced Product Quality Planning including Process FMEA, Process Control plan and inspection instructions and preparing PPAP submission documents to customer. The engineer will also assist in training of new inspectors or inspectors redeployed to different areas.
Assist is problem solving with supplier for product identified as nonconforming and support supplier development activities

Minimum knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required :
A Bachelor Degree in related engineering discipline, plus three years of related experience in a manufacturing and quality environment, preferably with automotive applications.
Strong organizational and leadership skills, communication and math skills.
Abilityto read andinterpret instructions/technical specifications in the use and maintenance of inspection and test equipment.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints with GD&T and customer / industry specifications.
Comprehensive computer skills in a business environment (Microsoft windows based applications).
Ability to travel in order to support customer satisfaction and represent the company.
Ability to use basic test and measurement devices / equipment (calipers, micrometers, height gage.). Advance measurement devices recommended (CMM w/pcdmis software and Faro Arm).
TS16949 experience.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
