Assistant Manager at Willow Run Apartments Job Description Willow Run Apartments is currently seeking an exemplary candidate for the role of Assistant Manager.
This part-time position is vital in fostering a welcoming and efficient environment for our thriving apartment community.
Willow Run, a reputable owner-operated establishment for over three decades, prides itself on its serene office setting and amiable community.

Responsibilities:
Promptly address rental inquiries through email and telephone.
Document and communicate maintenance requests from residents.
Accurately process rent payments and update the apartment vacancy list as necessary.
Distribute lease renewal notifications and inspection letters on a monthly basis.
Organize and maintain tenant files, including the creation of files for new tenants.
Conduct tours of vacant units to prospective residents.
Perform background and credit checks on potential tenants.
Compile new tenant move-in packets, which include leases, pet agreements, and parking passes.
Manage the submission of outstanding debts to collections as required.
Maintain and update the Renter's Insurance tracking spreadsheet, and send notifications regarding policy lapses or cancellations.
Supervise communal pool usage during operational hours in the summer season.
