The Receptionist will be responsible for:
Greeting clients and gathering initial contact information Answering phones Retrieving and distributing mail, typing, filing, copying Scheduling appointments Managing daily front desk operations and general office needs Daily upkeep of conference rooms, waiting areas, restrooms, and executive offices Work Location:

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Must be able to work independently and have excellent organizational skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
