Aspire seeks a Marketing, Public Relations, and Events Coordinator to join our talented pre-opening team! Don't miss this unique opportunity to join our team and be part of East Tennessee's newest adventure park! This person will be very hands on, have strong leadership, interpersonal and analytical skills, ability to prioritize and adapt to the changing needs of the operation, can evidence having a solid work ethic, good business acumen and a passion for marketing, promotions, and public relation services.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Develop marketing, promotion, leasing execution of all Aspire event spaces, rentals, and conference centers.
Provide vision and hands on leadership in the development and management of an integrated, strategic marketing and communications plan to promote and advance Aspire's brand, mission, reputation, and initiatives.
Directs the planning, development, editorial content, production, and evaluation of promotional campaigns and collateral (print, website, electronic).
Ensure brand consistency in all Marketing and Communications efforts.
Develop and plan public relations/media relations activities that are designed to elevate public awareness and visibility (locally, regionally, and nationally).
Oversees the ongoing development and maintenance of all social media strategies.
Provides strategic communications and media relations counsel, writing, and presentation support to the President, Board of Directors, and Aspire Park Director and outside response agencies to develop and disseminate accurate and timely messaging to media outlets, and both internal and external communities.
7 - 10 years' experience preferred with the following qualifications and skills:
Bachelor's degree in public relations, communications, marketing, or related field.
Experience in public relations, marketing, or communications in a leadership or supervisory role.
Experience supervising and directing the work of others.
Demonstrated ability as a public speaker and serving as the organization's representative at public and private events.
Experience with brand development and professional writing.
Possess a high attention to detail; high degree of accuracy Schedule:
Full-time, permanent position.
M-F 8am - 5pm, nights and weekends as necessary Compensation and Supplemental Pay:
$85,000 - $90,000 annual salary, DOE Bonus and Equity Participation May Be Available Job Type:
