We are looking for a friendly and organized Dental Receptionist to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, scheduling appointments, and managing the front desk.
This position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a commitment to providing a positive patient experience.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the dental field and a passion for helping patients receive the best care possible.
Responsibilities:
Greet patients and provide them with information about the practice.
Schedule appointments and confirm appointments with patients.
Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries.
Maintain patient records in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
Collect payments from patients and process payments in the system.
Provide general administrative support to the dental office staff.
