- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner - Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual - Maintain office supplies and inventory - Perform clerical tasks such as filing and photocopying - Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages - Provide support to various departments as needed Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Proficient in using office equipment such as computers, printers, and scanners - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities - Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry - Experience in customer service This position requires a professional demeanor, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment.
