Weekly:
Timely fulfillment of all reporting (and other compliance related) documentation requirements from the CSBG State Monitors at the TN DHS in Nashville, who oversee that we are following all 58 Office of Community Services' Organizational Standards.
Maintain agency policies and procedures, according to the agency's HR and Fiscal manuals.
Ensure all other administrative duties necessary are completed for the successful outcomes of the agency's programs and mission.
Flexible hybrid in-person/remote role.
One day per week (minimum) oversight at the agency, to handle any HR issues with staff as they arise, and to oversee operations and client service implementation.
Monthly:
Plan board meetings & manage communications with the board.
Fulfill hours in QuickBooks/TSheets, ready for the finance department's monthly invoice reimbursement requests.
Annually:
Provide documentation for a state audit -either in person, or remotely via a self-assessment desk review via email.
Oversee the Annual Report of client services database, via THO software.
Other:
Provide orientation, training and supervision of ACCAC staff and assist with recruitment, as needed.
Seek and apply for additional grant funding, as opportunities become available Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written skills, ability to produce documentation as needed for the agency, and ability to follow the HR and Fiscal manual to keep the agency in compliance.
Bachelor's degree preferred Experience in nonprofit/grant writing preferred Anderson County resident preferred (or strong ties to the county) Competencies:
Decision Making Collaboration Skills Results Driven Proficiency in Communications Technical Capability Teamwork Orientation Compensation:
Part time, no benefits, $1000/mo.
flat rate for this role, with the future possibility for expanding the role (and compensation), as new funding sources are secured.
