The ideal candidate will possess a passion for talent acquisition and a creative mindset to develop cutting-edge recruiting strategies.
As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent to drive our company's success.
RESPONSIBILITIES Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop proactive recruitment strategies to meet hiring goals.
Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for high-volume positions, including posting jobs, sourcing candidates, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and others.
Collaborate with internal managers to optimize recruitment processes, improve efficiencies, and implement best practices.
Collaborate with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
Stay abreast of industry trends and market conditions, adjusting recruitment strategies as needed to remain competitive.
Leverage data and analytics to track recruitment metrics and provide insights to drive informed decision-making.
Continuously explore new and innovative recruiting techniques to attract top talent and enhance the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.
Attends and participates in college job fairs and recruiting seasons.
Assist with New Hire Orientation and perform other duties as assigned.

degree in human resources, business administration, or a relevant field Minimum of 5 years of experience in high-volume recruitment, with a proven track record of success.
(Manufacturing Preferred) Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn talent management systems.
Evaluate and recommend new technologies or platforms to streamline the recruitment process and improve efficiency.
High level of adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Ability to think creatively and develop innovative recruitment strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using recruitment software and social media platforms for sourcing and networking.
