SUMMARY
Job Objective - to manage and maintain costing of production items with ERP system. Provide assistance with inventory counts and reconciliations. Assist management with data collection for use in analysis related to production, scrap, and financials as needed. Understand production and inventory processes. Research as needed when conflicts arise between inventory reports and physical product. Ensure resolution of conflicts.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Ability to follow up on discrepancies related to inventory counts vs system, Follow-up/follow through is an important characteristic in this position
Ability to self-manage, but seek assistance when necessary
Ability to problem-solve and work through discrepancies
Ability to work in ERP system ensuring production data is as accurate as possible
Run reports to download data for analysis and utilize information in Excel spreadsheets
Prepare morning reports for management such as
Daily Leadership DIR
Weekly metrics consolidation and roll up
Daily, weekly, monthly scrap tracker
Daily, weekly, monthly efficiency tracker
Daily, weekly, monthly PPM tracker
Inventory, cost transactions, investigations as needed
Misc assignments from Controller and Plt Mgr as needed
Understand standard cost system and update as needed during the year and at year end
Review daily invoicing for cost discrepancies and correct as needed
Participate in the inventory counts and assist in the reconciliation process
Should be considered an Intermediate or Expect in use of Excel
Must have computer skills to run reports and download from ERP system.
Education and/or
Experience:
Preferably an associate's degree in business, or someone with an high-school diploma and experience in a manufacturing environment with inventory
Required:
Ability to read, write and speak English. Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedure manuals, etc. as well as write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to communicate clearly in written form as well as when speaking to others one-on-one and presenting to small groups.
Experience in using computer applications, Excel spreadsheets and including word processing
Accuracy, organization and accountability
ReliabilityEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
