Customer Accounts Manager

Customer Accounts Manager is responsible for the renewal payment process.
Responsible for achieving company standards on non-renewal closing percentages.
Position routinely requires lifting, loading, and dollying merchandise 50-300 pounds, all skills necessary to effectively perform all functions in the store, good communication and interpersonal relationship skills, strong telephone etiquette and skills, good organizational skills, professional appearance, and good driving skills.

Primary
Responsibilities:
The acquisition and maintenance of customers, monitor and recommend payment frequency changes to the GM, immediate contact of all customers who have not renewed their lease agreement(s), act as a customer counselor who resells the benefits of timely lease agreements and renewal payments, document all customer promises and update customer information in the store computer system, monitor the accuracy of customer classifications according to customer payment history and habits, maintain updated accurate customer information, clean and certify merchandise in the QA center for all items personally returned, complete and maintain weekly truck maintenance sheets and route sheets daily, supervise, develop, and schedule the activities of account advisers, confirm customer identity, collect money and obtain customer's signature on lease agreements, set up and achieve renewal goals, update goal board, review and close lease agreements, and other tasks as assigned by management.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
