Customer Service and Sales Representative

Are you skilled in internet browsing and internet savvy? Are you looking for a position where you can increase your knowledge in the areas of sales and customer service? Sitel is looking for entry level Internet Customer Sales and Service Representatives to work in our inbound internet call center. Starting Pay is $10.50-$13.00

In this role, you will use your internet navigation skills, sales training, and excellent customer service to identify customer needs, help the customer find the right product or service that best fits his/her needs, and review and update activity on accounts. This will be done while handling multiple calls concurrently in a prompt, professional and friendly manner while focusing on the customer experience.

Requirements:
6 months customer service experience
Prior call center experience a plus
Excellent verbal skills
Ability to multi-task in several computer applications while continuing conversation with the customer.
Evaluate customer's needs, offer solutions/products based on their unique needs.
Willing to overcome customer objections
Someone who enjoys helping others

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
