We offer multiple types of Customer Service positions, including licensed insurance agents. For these positions we pay your state licensing fees jump starting your career! If not qualified for the license position, we have other roles to consider as well.


As a Customer Service Representative you will handle inbound calls within guidelines/goals established by the client and management. This position requires excellent communication skills; an enthusiastic approach to customer interactions; the ability to effectively handle information requests, compliments and complaints with a positive attitude and attention to detail.

Primary Job Responsibilities


Must have excellent communication and customer service skills, basic computer skills, be dependable, reliable and able to perform duties with minimal supervision. The ability to interact positively with peers and supervisors and handle stressful situations with professionalism is a must. 


Prefer 6 months of customer service experience. Call center experience a plus.


Pay is determined by location and campaign.


Education


High school diploma or equivalent

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
